Welcome Home

For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me.     -Matt. 25:36

There is neither Jew nor Greek, nor is there slave nor free, there is no male or female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus  -Galatians 3:28

At Freedom House Church, we focus on God's Word,  relevant application, heartfelt worship, sincere friendships, continual prayer, and compassionate care for others.

Whether you’ve never been to church or are looking for a place to call home, you are welcome here at FHC.

From the desk of Pastor Jason Jackson

Greetings to the beloved members a faithful friends of FHC. In light of the recent government mandated guidelines to our nation during this global COVID-19 crisis; limiting public gatherings, to 10 or less. For the next 2-3 weeks we will be conducting online messages through Facebook Live for our worship services. It's with great reluctance and a sincere desire to follow the will of God by obeying the governmental authority of our great country. I know many of you would be fearlessly gathering were the decision our own. But we must keep within proper protocols for the protection of our people young and old together by limiting the potential spread of this virus.

Please remember that we are combating our enemies both natural and supernatural, so please be zealous in prayers with fasting; Psalm 91 is the word of the hour. May the Lord bless us and keep us through and through from the wicked one and sanctify us completely spirit soul and body. May He preserve us blameless till He returns, In the name of Jesus, Amen.

Palm Sunday

April 5th

What is Palm Sunday and why do we celebrate it?

Palm Sunday commemorates the entrance of Jesus into

Jerusalem, when palm branches were placed in his path,

before his arrest on Holy Thursday and his

crucifixion on Good Friday.

John 12:12 The next day the great crowd that had come for the festival heard that Jesus was on his way to Jerusalem. 13 They took palm branches and went out to meet him, shouting, “Hosanna! ” “Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!”“Blessed is the king of Israel!” 14 Jesus found a young donkey and sat on it, as it is written: 15 “Do not be afraid, Daughter Zion; see, your king is coming, seated on a donkey’s colt.” 16 At first his disciples did not understand all this. Only after Jesus was glorified did they realize that these things had been written about him and that these things had been done to him. 17 Now the crowd that was with him when he called Lazarus from the tomb and raised him from the dead continued to spread the word. 18 Many people, because they had heard that he had performed this sign, went out to meet him.

19 So the Pharisees said to one another, “See, this is getting us nowhere.

Look how the whole world has gone after him!”

While they were perplexed about this, behold, two men stood by them in dazzling apparel. And as they were frightened and bowed their faces to the ground, the men said to them, “Why do you seek the living among the dead? He is not here, but has risen. Luke 24:1-6
